The Butterfly Palace and Rainforest Adventure shall have total ownership of the program, commercial, media release, photography and have the right to edit, cablecast, broadcast, and make any other use of my appearance or contribution, the right to copyright and the right to license others to use these rights. 2. The Butterfly Palace and Rainforest Adventure may use my name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and material supplied by me for the purpose of advertising, publicity and sales promotions. 3. The Butterfly Palace and Rainforest Adventure’s use of my appearance and/or the material/contribution provided by me as described above will not violate the rights of any person or organization and will not incur any liability for any payment to any person or organization.
